Wayne 1 HP 120V Stainless Steel Sump Pump CDU1000

I had already owned the same pump which I installed a long time ago. It still worked but seemed to be hesitating a little bit. So I had experience with this pump and bought a new back flow valve and clamps and installed it. We had a super storm here last night and needless to say it got a workout and it did great. I would recommend this pump to anyone with a need for one.

This is my second Wayne sump pump. I purchased a 1/2hp pump almost 2 years ago to replace a cheap one installed by a contractor. I just purchased this 1hp last month to replace the other one I use to pump out my backyard. Just got the 1hp installed and the 1/2hp float switch went out, go figur. Anyway got in touch with warranty and had a new switch within 2-1/2 days. Thankfully just before another downpour. With a 540gph and a 460gph (I think), I can just about stay ahead of Mother Nature. Probably add another 1/2hp this summer. Recommend Wayne sump pumps, and appreciate their warranty service and prompt service.
