W J Hagerty & Sons 1527886 8 oz Silversmiths Spray Polish

For years we've used the Tarn-X stuff that we had to use outside or under the high-powered oven vent fan so the rotten-egg stink didn't permeate the house. My 86 year-old mom told me to get this stuff. Geez...sure wish she would've told us about this when she was 66! Seriously - we had silver plate that we'd kind of neglected in the hutch so that it was looking like bronze plate!!! sprayed this stuff on, let it sit for a minute or so, then wiped it off with cloth diapers. Holy smokes! All this black cra....uh...all this black stuff came off on the rag and the tea pot looked like new! With no stink! 86 y.o. mom says this stuff is a lot gentler on the silver, too. Now she tells me. We ordered this from Walmart.com, but it was shipped by SIM Supply...with lightning speed. Plus, it came wrapped in some type of place-mat thing that we have no idea what it's for. Oh well...guess we have a new place-mat. Also, WM.com's price was little better than the other site named after a South American river.
