Beyond expectations!

I have used other plant delivery services and they came infested and half alive. This plant came healthy, pruned and thriving ! The packaging was simple but perfect. I also want to add that customer service went above and beyond my expectations.unfamiliar with the site, I did not realize the recommendations based on zones and my Veranda was actually not recommended for my area. I called, we spoke about other options but once I shared that it will be an indoor plant, they said it would be fine and gave me tips to help it thrive indoors. Also, they ship outdoor plants based on the best time to plant them vs just whenever you place your order. That shows how much thought and care they put into their product ! Because I was going to be keeping mine indoors they also offered to ship it earlier than expected - which I appreciated! Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing again in the future.
