I love these caffeine, vit. B mints. I can't tolerate drinking my caffeine any more, "bladder control" and even when I did drink my caffeine I didn't feel clear headed, and awake, ready to go so quickly. each mint equals half cup of coffee, but will boost you better, without needing the restroom check. Great for medical field staff that may not get breaks. You will feel that boost you need to keep going. Love all the flavors of Vitermints. seem expensive, but they aren't that bad for the good they do, and it makes me angry that you get a coupon for 10.00 off your next order, good luck figuring out how. They are so worth the money, work so well, you will love them.
