I have used these vitamins for years, you get good quality and a very generous supply of easy to swallow, high potency vitamin D3 for a fair price. This is called the sunshine vitamin, because we can get D3 if we spend some time in the sun every day, but most people can't do that, so supplementation may be necessary.
