TMG for weight lifters over age 50

I been hearing a lot about the Supplement TMG. I am in my 50s and just returned back to weight training. I currently use creatinine monohydrate and it helps . I read how TMG may help guys over 50 recover faster after workouts. I have used Vitamatic supplements before. They are a great value for the price. It's my first week using TMG. For the price it's worth a try. I like that I can take 1 caplet in the morning and one in the evening.. So far I have no adverse side effects. I will add another dose in the afternoon next week. I appreciate the high dose . It's best to take with meals. Try it for yourself it's a good value.
