Surprised!

I'm actually very surprised that this supplement works just as well as my other one that I found to be higher quality but this is working just as well. I take Quercetin everyday to help with Edema, Allergies and Inflammation/Circulation and I probably couldn't live without it. As always check with your doctor if you have concerns but I am actually really happy with this product.

Vegetarian

I like that this item is vegetarian. The capsule is clear so you can see what is inside and the capsule is made of cellulose. The capsule is an average size, not too large. The contents are free of preservatives, sugar, starch, sodium, yeast, soy, corn, wheat, egg, artificial colors, and flavors. I am allergic to a lot of different things so I don't like fillers in my supplements. These suit my needs. The directions say to take one capsule daily, preferably with food.
