Brilliant probiotic for digestive health

The more research that is done on this little bit, the more health benefits seem to be found. So I'm happy to have found this product. I have had no bad effects. I think of probiotics as little pets to live in your guts, you have to be sure to feed them well and then they are great companions for life. They need colourful fruits and vegetables and herbs and spices and they need regular fibre, then you will live happily ever after together perhaps!

Great quality product

Bought this after being on a course of antibiotics. Have not been taking long enough to observe the full effects yet, but seems to be helping with my bowel movements becoming more normal again. Im not sure if the claims about 1 billion AFU are accurate, but has to be at least as good as more expensive brands such as pendulum.
