You Can't Go Wrong With Vital Proteins
I like Vital Proteins in general. I definitely have noticed a difference. I was using the Advanced version that has hyaluronic acid and Vitamin C. I took it for a month and definitely saw a difference in my face.. I bought this Beauty version in an emergency after I ran out of the other one, and it has less collagen per serving than the regular one. But it does have extra benefits for the skin, like biotin and Vitamin C. So I now use one serving of this along with two servings of the regular collagen mix. I do highly recommend either version. They have lots of varieties to suit your needs. Note, I can only find the Advanced version online.

I Absolutely Love Vital Proteins
I love Vital Proteins! I notice a huge difference in my hair and nails almost within a week! I have run out for about a month once and my nails started splitting and got really brittle, my hair was so thin I cried. I vowed I would not run out again! I only switched the "Beauty Edition". This one however, I love much more! It's much easier to blend than the regular one I was getting. Fully recommend, especially for women of a certain age. ♡ ; )
