Love product and the new sustainable packaging!
I love this product. I've been using it for about 18 months now, and I notice brighter skin and stronger hair and nails. I also LOVE the new sustainable packaging. I feel so much better about my monthly order not having to throw away a thick plastic container every month. For all the negative reviews -- it's not that hard to open, people. Just follow the very simple instructions on the container.

good collagen...1st container opening was a disaster, 2nd container worked well... I see you are trying to more sustainable packaging which I think is great! Don't need more plastic and scooper is not recyclable. So just use a tablespoon. It seems the mass does not care about sustainability. Keep up the good work!

Packaging Is Not Hard!
I was scared after reading all of the reviews on the packaging. I was able to open up the canister in seconds. Tip: When you're pulling up on the lid, face it away from you so that you're pulling the opening up and towards your body. Pulling straight up, it won't budge.
