Ages 12 & Up: Shake well before each use. Follow all directions on all labeling for dosage and how often it can be used. Spray 2 sprays in each nostril and gently inhale. Tilt head back for 30 seconds. Blow nose 2 minutes following application. Can be used every 4 hours, up to 5 doses per day. Do NOT exceed recommended dosage
