Ring is not what was represented

I have contacted the seller multiple times with questions about the ring with no reply at all. It does not look like an antique ring and the shape is different as it's more of a square design vs what you see in the photo on the website. The ring also arrived with a crack in the metal setting. I also emailed twice and asked what type of “lab created diamond” this really is and I received no response. Is it cubic zirconia, Moissanite, an actual lab created diamond, etc? I have received no response at all whatsoever. I would still like to know. I don't feel like the ring is worth even $50. I paid over $100 for the ring and even the export invoice shows that its value is $50.
