Vinnova Alistair 48" White Grain Faux Stone Top Single Vanity in Oak

The top sink/counter came cracked, so after some back and forth, we were sent a replacement. However, the new counter and sink weren't attached, so we had to do that. Also, the drawers and cabinets aren't straight. The drawers are loose and they sag, and the screws that adjust the cabinet never catch on anything, so not able to adjust. Disappointed with this purchase.

When I received the vanity, I opened it immediately and the entire countertop was broken in multiple pieces. I called to have it picked up and exchanged for a new one. Took forever to figure out how to talk to an actual human. They set up a date/time to have it picked up. I stayed home. I never received a notice from the company and they never showed up. I called AGAIN. They said they made the appointment, but the delivery service had no time available, which again, was never communicated to me. They set up a time to come today between 10:00am-2PM. It is now 12:30pm. I have not received an email confirmation about the pickup from Walmart, nor any notification from the delivery company. When I log into my account, the status just says it's getting picked up LAST week. I cannot get a new vanity shipped to me or a refund until this vanity is picked up and scanned. I need the vanity for a renovation that is happening now. The lack of communication and follow through is ridiculous. The two days I've been waiting at home for them to pick up this vanity, as well as the multiple times I've been on the phone with someone trying to resolve this is a joke. I'll never order anything from Walmart again.
