The hat arrived on time, on the last day of the forecasted shipping window. The color is more of a butter yellow with neon green highlights. The fit was a little small for me but I wasn't uncomfortable. It's a very original design. I was the only person in San Francisco wearing this hat. There's a sticker on the inside of the hat. Don't try to remove it. Removing it will tear the foam. You can see in the pics I made a mouth to add to the costume. But it was more fun to remove the mouth so people could see my face. What's funny is that the eyes bounce when you walk or dance.
