Save your hard earned money, these aren't it

These are horrible! Why can't I get a refund? Policy is a lie! Shoe is super loose on the large strap across foot. It cannot be adjusted, so they flop around even though they are the right size. Not cute or safe to wear at all! Keeps telling me to try again later for my return, for 2 days straight.
