For as small as it is it works really well it doesn't cover as much area as an actual vicks humidifier but the aroma in my opinion in more potent and definitely helps open up stuffy noses. I definitely plan on buying at least one more and more in the future if it ever breaks.

This is great for cold/flu season. I use it year round just to keep my sinus' open. I had no idea this even existed until a friend lent me hers when I had a URI.
