I bought this because I heard it was good to rub over aches and pains. I didn't really think it would work, so I was pretty surprised when it did. I have arthritis in my knees, and I use this. Sometimes, for really severe pain, it doesn't make it completely go away, but it sure does help a lot! I keep a jar by my bed and a jar on my coffee table. The smell is a bonus, I just love it.
