Not only was this yard steak extremely easy to install. I went into the ground with such ease I was worried it wouldn't stay put. To my pleasent surprise it hasn't pulled out at all. The swivell screw on the top works just as it should. My Rocco has not been hung up or tangled once. Hey is an active mix breed Mastiff/golden retriever, at the time of this review is 36lbs and four months old. So he"s very active. This is the perfect tie out for my furbaby
