Cute for exactly what it is. The costume stayed on my dog the whole time. He didn't really like the hat part, but people could still tell he was a cow. And the little bell actually has a bell in it, which is funny. He will be able to wear it again next year if we want. It's Velcro under the belly and in the front where the bell is. And the hat stays secured with elastic draw strings.
