At first I thought this was reversible but you actually get two bandanas. One with the text and the other pattern which was a nice surprise. The bandana is so cute and a light fabric that doesn't bother my dog at all. I took him for a walk in the rain and it didn't get soaked. It's not uncomfortable for him and you can adjust to fit their size. I bought a medium and my dog is a 50 pound lab mix

So cute, and the price was great! Size Med is for a medium to large size dog. There were no smalls available, and my 12 lbs guy is absolutely a small, but I cut it down just a little and it is perfect.
