This Heavy Duty Self-Dumping Steel Hopper with Bumper Release automatically dumps when bumper release contacts the side of the dumpster. Hopper returns to an upright and locked position automatically after it dumps. Also includes a cable that may be operated from the seat of the fork truck to manually dump the hopper. The included safety restraint should be properly secrued to a fork truck before dumping. / Length Dimension is measured at top of chute.

Great quality, very functional

We bought this dumpster so we don't have to dump our regular bin by hand into our large dumpster anymore. It works great and the self dumping mechanism works flawless as long as the forks are parallel to the ground. Make sure to order the dumpster with the pallet jack add-on unless you can put it EXACTLY where you need it with a forklift / backhoe with forks. We didn't and couldn't move it an inch. The pallet jacket will not move this dumpster the way it arrives. we bolted square tubing (old boat trailer) to the bottom (holes for bolts are already there) and now it's perfect. It saves our backs and looks like it will last forever.

Best Price

I work at a container freight station and I ordered it for our warehouse personnel and biggest reason I ordered from Northern Tool was the price. Including shipping, this was the best price I could find and quick delivery. Other companies, it was going to take over 3 weeks to get it. We could not wait that long.
