Finally Got What We Ordered

We are a pretty large HOA management company in Texas and ordered 20 Bollards through MegaDepot. We have never used this company or Northern Tools prior to this. When the Bollards were picked up at the delivery yard, there were no Bollard Caps included in the shipment. We contacted the MegaDepot who said it was a shipping issue and to contact Estes and submit a Claim. We did all the paperwork asked of us, and submitted it the only way they accepted them, which is FAX. And we were denied the claim saying it was a Northern Tool issue, but NT, threw us back to MegaDepot. So these little plastic bollard caps have been the biggest nightmare! We finally decided to order them (and from a different company). I had to research and your company had the best deal and the best prices. Ordering online was quick/easy and deliver was so quick!! Thank you.
