Arrived ar 345 for ny 4pm appt and noticed a mechanic leaving. At 430 I asked why my car was not in the bay. Service mgr came out with my service order and asked where ny wheels were for the tires. I told him they were in the van. Then said some nonsense about helping someone else. Van was finally pulled in at 440 when I noticed the mechanic returning. Charged for vavle stems I didn't order. Why send a mechanic to lunch before I arrived? No sense or urgency or concern for customers time. This is not my first issue with the Service Mgr. He's lazy and tries to deflect it onto his employees. He has ni business managing anything
