Top quality bag!

This is a very well made bag. We got it as a replacement for a bag that was about 25 years old and so worn out that the insides settled and hurt your hands. The inside of this bag is evenly distributed and easy on your hands with a nice pair of gloves. The straps that hold the chains are heavy duty and well stitched. The chains are very high quality and mount easily. I expect to get many years of use out of this bag. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to train.

Punching bag

I thought this was going to be such a pain to hang but it was rather easy. My husband secured it to the wood beam in the basement. It also came with its own anchors for ceiling hanging. I used it 3 times so far and it definitely takes my punches and kicks. It comes with heavy duty chains too and the seams are very sturdy. I am so happy with this punching bag and I would definitely recommend. The workout you get from kick boxing is amazing and hardcore.
