As good as it gets
This stuff is amazing, I used it on a new picnic table after I let it season under cover. The wood drank it in. I thought two coates are better than one so I applied a second and it rejected it. The second coat just beaded up on the surface so good was the seal after one coat. It's been two months; rain water won't touch it. I'm very satisfied.
