This has helped immensely. First it elevates your head with or without a pillow. It fits across the bed with a perfect fit. Fabric is soft and doesn't pill up. It makes a big improvement while sleeping and not losing your pillows through the night. I made the mistake of buying a wedge from amazon thinking it would elevate my head and shoulders That thing was so heavy and auckward. Took up the whole side of the bed, couldn't even use it. Total waste of money. Ended up sitting in the corner. This bed/pillow wedge is perfect and just what was needed. Check Walmart first on stuff you need they usually have just what you need at a good price too.
