Best oil on the market

The absolute best oil I have used. I switched all of my vehicles from Pennzoil Ultra Platinum to Valvoline Restore and Protect. My van had a completely orangeish dipstick due to varnish building up over its 160k mile lifespan. After less than 700 miles using Valvoline R%26P, the varnish is almost 100% gone on the dipstick, so i can only imagine the cleaning that is occurring internally. I am sold on the stuff and won't be using any other oil!

Mechanic Thumbs Up on Restore and Protect; Pricy

I have been fairly impressed with Valvoline Motor Oil, in general. Just changed oil yesterday using this Restore and Protect 5W30 oil after heard a lot of good reviews online saying it cleans your engine starting as soon as a couple of oil changes with the used oil draining out being very dark. The mechanic who changed my oil after seeing I brought over this oil praised my selection, if that meant anything. The downside is it's probably the most expensive 1Gal jug oil I've ever paid for. Will need to wait until the next couple of oil changes to see the results.

the four and five quart jugs of synthetic oils that you can get from Walmart or an excellent quality and purchase you can buy also off Amazon and oil drain valve to attach to your oil pan with an extension clear tube allowing you to drain the oil directly back into the jug if you're using it to flush the engine I would suggest keeping the oil if you're using it for any friction additives or modifiers that come in a four or five Court jug those are excellent when you drain out your synthetic temporarily put in the four or five quarts of synthetic friction modifier that you're purchasing online run it for 10 minutes at the 1500 2000 RPM drain it back into the jug and can you continue to do that after each oil change keep your OEM synthetic in a separate jug it comes in a new car and make sure that you drain and refill it and a new cars especially around 500 Mi or a thousand miles since new engines are more apt to have any type of metal particles in them from manufacturer or building over pre-existing or engines that are already broken! continue to flush the oil until your first oil change you can send it off to speed Diagnostics so you can get evaluation of metal metal particles initially in your engine oil as they're referring to iron aluminum copper and any other type of deposits you end up can end up with silicone in there if there's silicone used in valve covers or oil pan covers the silicone it should be used sparingly enough just to coat the surface or the gasket on one side and once it's cured attached to the valve cover or oil pan then you can bolt it in place with the specified torque values and torque patterns for your valve cover or oil pan a speed wrench is the best way to start and then use a digital torque wrench and a star or a tightening pattern and do not over torque
