The Valor Fitness MB-48, Lat Pulldown Bar is a must-have in any home gym. The 48” wide grip allows for a variety of lat-pull cable exercises like Standard Grip, Intermediate Grip and Wide Grip options to target different muscle groups. The bar's ¼” swivel opening attaches easily to your cable clips for smooth and easy rotation and contoured, knurled grip provides a comfortable yet secure grip on the bar. The max weight capacity is 600lbs.
