Valet Plus M20 Wireless N Router

This replaced my old wireless router that was a set-up nightmare. Not so, the CISCO Valet! I did NOT have to name my network, or wonder about pages of little blue set up screens with cryptic network codes or settings. I was so disturbed about the possibility of what would go wrong that I just called support before the Valet was even out of the box. They told me EVERYTHING to do, and it wasn't much. They were very patient and waited for me to get an extension cord and even soak up a glass of water I spilled all over my desk. It was unbeleiveably easy to set up and it really was totally automatic with the USB setup stick! I have wireless g on my laptop and I could immetiately tell a big difference in the speed of the internet connection. I bought the Valet Plus because it has 12X the range of the Valet. If you're looking for easy, buy this one! This little jewel is worth every penny of it's price!

I normally never write reviews, but after using this router, I was so impressed i could'nt help myself. This was a replacement for a 3 week old router (no need to name names...) that was horrible. So, I did'nt want to make the same mistake twice, I read all the reviews i could find on this model. Some were good, some not so good, but I could tell that even the not so good ones were not major issues and they all said great customer support. So, I made the leap and jumped on the Cisco Valet ban-wagon. Oh-So-Glad I did. What an amazing router. A little pricey but well worth the money. The speed is amazing. My internet connection has never been this fast. I am running a desk top with win-xp, 3 laptops with win-7 and 1 ipod touch, all with no glitches or hick-ups. I have to tell you that I did have a little problem with the installation, and was directed by the software to call cusomer service which i did and they were awesome. They got me up and running in no time and were very eager to help, how professional. She explained that the problem was not with my computer at all, but with the software that came with the valet. Seems that they are constantly improving their product software and if a newer version is available the valet knows it and automatically directs you to customer service so that you don't have to worry about configuring the newer software they actually do it for you. After all, this router is ment to be hassle free, And it is. I did get a little nervy when I had to call C.S, but once they explained the situation, I could see the reason they want you to call "No Worries or Stress On You" They do it all for you. I'm telling you...Awesome All-The-Way. You Won't Be Sorry. Even my wife can't get over the speed and accuracy of this router. She said her ipod and laptop have never been faster. It always connects, stays connected, and at zippity-do-da speeds.
