My son was 5 when he ask for this toy after watching the tutorial on my phone.. we have purchased 2 total for him since then. He absolutely loved this toy. Yes it was a little out of his age bracket but he is Autistic and he wanted it so we bought it, twice. Because the first one he did a lot of experiments with it. Like throwing it, putting it in water then he took it out of town to visit his grandparents and left it. So one day at Walmart he saw it and we bought it. So I recommend this toy for any child that is interested don't limit them because of their he age the toy may say.

Fun little toy. It doesn't work well on carpets but does on bare floors. My granddaughter chases it around and slaps it around. She finds it entertaining. Only 9 months old.
