I've been using this for many years, always with good results. Strengthens, adds shine, and helps with static. The little bottle is preferable for me (over the individual tube applications); it's easy to use more as needed, depending on the season, the length of my hair, and how dry it is at any given time. Running fingers thru my hair while letting this works helps detangle. I apply it from my ears down where my hair is driest, using extra at the underneath (nape of neck area).
