For my purposes the rolling garment racks with covers are an excellent buy. If you are wondering if you want to spend more for the rack cover I would urge you to get it to protect your clothing. I am purchasing several pieces of cedar wòod to make “bottoms” for the racks. I am not sure how I will seal the bottom but a staple gun springs to mind. I would suggest that the wheels be larger. Moving the assembled rack is a little bit worrisome it will require two people to move a fully loaded rack. Keep in mind how tall the rack is because fully assembled it will not pass through most door frames. Build your racks in the room you will leave it in!!!!!! Lastly (I promise) three of my order arrived promptly. For some reason ( no one can explain this ) the fourth rack was never delivered. I was able to track the package online initially. Eventually the tracking ended and I cancelled the order and have ordered a fourth rack today. I hope it comes quickly
