thickness dimension error on webpage

The thickness of the tape is .040 inches. Next to .04 inch on the webpage it says (1.0 mil). That is incorrect, it should be 1.0 mm, not mil. The thickness of the tape in mils is 40 mils. 1mm = 40 mil = .040 inch. This tape sticks like crazy. It is nice to work with because the bond develops over time. Initially, it is easy to peel off so if you need to reposition it, it can easily be peeled off. But over time the bond grows stronger and stronger to the point that you can no longer peel it off, you have to scrape it off.
