Unable to produce any ice after setting up

Bought it, followed the assembly instructions, turned it in and let it run for a while (per instructions) and it never made any ice. Just kept cycling water. Instructions not clear on what all the buttons were and how to setup for optimal use. No information on troubleshooting our issue. Going to return this
