Spectracide Triazicide Insect Killer For Lawns And Landscapes Concentrate, 40 Ounces

I've used this product outside as a perimeter spray around the house and the property for a few years now. This was a great price at under $12 and because it's a concentrate I can use it in either my handheld sprayer or tank sprayer after mixing w/appropriate amount of water. It kills insects instantly and lasts for several weeks. The only drawback is the initial strong odor, but that dissipates after a couple hours.

This product is AMAZING !!!! I have an acre of property with arborvitae trees and lawn. It kills 260 different species of insects !! I use the 40oz concentrate bottle with one of those insecticide sprayers you hook up to a garden hose. Fill the container and it automatically mixes as per the setting you use. I use wood chips around the base of arborvitae trees as mulch. It lasts 10X longer than regular mulch and is free. But, there's a catch. The wood chips may contain insects that can infect the arborvitae trees. All depends on the condition the chipped tree was in. Who knows ???? Nobody knows. So, I use this product to spray all the wood chips that were spread around the arborvitae tree bases. Next thing you see are dozens of different insects flip-flopping around, and then dead. Insecticide does no harm to arborvitae trees. Green Giant arborvitae are very expensive. The last thing I need is a bug from those wood chips infecting , and possibly killing the tree. One 40 oz bottle goes far too, because it's concentrated. Now we move on to the lawn. I live in an area where there are lots of animals, including deer. Ticks in the state carry lyme disease. I have a 13yr old daughter whose always in the lawn. Lyme disease is no joke. It can have lifetime effects on you're joints and other things. So, I begin to spray the entire lawn. Again, dozens of insects rise to the top, flip-flop, and die. Remember , 260 different insects are controlled for more than 3 months. The ONLY insect it does not kill are grubs. I have to use a different insecticide for that. It takes me days to spray the entire property. But, I know I'm doing a better job than a landscaper. They just whizz around on a machine and miss half the lawn. I fired him. Want a job done right, do it yourself. Lastly, I spray around the foundation of the house to keep bugs from getting indoors. Time consuming, no doubt. But Walmart sells this product cheap and is delivered the next day. Very happy with product. Peace of mind for the family's health. Once dry, in 24 hrs, it is safe for people and pets.
