My baby chicks love it!

My baby chicks love it. I was using a hanging 175 watt metal lamp and was not happy with the heat distribution. It was also a potential fire hazard. I feel safe leaving my little babies overnight with this warmer. They peck at it but it is hard plastic and their little beaks can't penetrate it. It does not over heat. It just puts out enough warmth so the babies can sleep on it and not be too hot. They come to it when they are cold and move away when they are warm enough. I love it too!
