The item was listed as OEM whirlpool part but it didn't look like my whirlpool part and it didn't mount in the same 3 holes. Just had one screw in the back and one flimsy mounting tab in the front causing the element to twist side to side when touched. I had to be very careful to ensure the element stayed level while replacing the bottom oven pan above the element to prevent the surfaces from touching and causing any damage when the element heated up. The original didn't have this problem. It'll work for now but I'm suspect that it isn't legitimately a OEM part.
