Cooking Instructions - General - Keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165°F. Cook 1 product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Hob - From Frozen - Stove top. 1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart nonstick sauce pan. Add ½ cup water. 2. Cook covered over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. 3. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir well and serve. For microwave ovens less than 800 watts please use stove top instructions. Caution! Contents are hot. Handle with care. Microwave - From Frozen - For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully:. Microwave ovens vary - Adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. 1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up, laying flat in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. 2. Microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand for 1 - 2 minutes after cooking. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the red ovals and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy! Microwave: Wattage - 1200, Cook Time: Minutes - 3½. Microwave: Wattage - 1000, Cook Time - Minutes - 4. Microwave: Wattage - 800, Cook Time - Minutes - 4½. Cook thoroughly - See cooking instructions

This is a very hard to get frozen vegetables product, which tells me I am in the top tier of loving this product. Great for Chicken and rice dinner night. So easy to prepare. I mix it with the stock from my cooked chicken for a heartier dish. Sometimes I eat it right out of the package on its on. I just take it from the microwave, get a fork and dig in. Forget the dish!

I love this seasoned chicken flavored rice and veggies! I throw it in the microwave for 7 minutes because I like my rice and veggies soft. When I take it out, I place it in a bowl, add a tablespoon of butter and add some salt and pepper to it! I think it tastes great, and it's a quick healthy lunch or dinner. Even my 18 month old granddaughter loves it! I can break it into two meals for her! If you have extra time, you can always cook your own chicken and add other veggies to this! If you love rice and veggies, I highly recommend you try this!
