Looks good works well

This fixture and other Delta fixtures came in our new home (14 years now). They have performed well. I have had some leakage due to the springs and gaskets getting "tired". I will say we have pretty hard water which I am sure affects the life of fixtures.

Plastic valve for heat adjustment fails

This faucet is really pretty, and we bought it to fit the house. I was a bit sad when I saw the plastic valve components for the price we paid. But we liked the look, and thought it would last. When I first turned it on, I was not impressed it felt whimpy. It was, now I have to replace the faucet cartridge to repair. Sad - no brass
