Good product

All of the meatless mixes are very tasty and easy to use. I mix with ground meat to make a double amount and reduce thr fat anf caloties of each portion.

Good stuff. I bought more.

It didn't have a lot of flavor on it's own, but I added amino acids, then cooked it with ghoulash flavorings and onion and it was surprisingly good. I think it is probably TVP, so I bought some of that to see if there is much difference. As far as "Korean BBQ" this tasted very bland, so you'll have to plan on doctoring it.

I was skeptical . . .

But, this was darn good. I'm not vegan or vegitarian or any of those, but I do feel good about having the occasional meatless meal - if it tastes good. No sacrifice here. Putting together a blend yourself is easy enough so one doesn't necessarily need this, but it's delicious and super convenient. It's a bit more than I'd normally spend for a one-and-done item, but I had a discount code and it was on sale. Now I won't hesitate to order more. I bought a variety of Urban Accent products and added them to family Christmas presents to share the love. They were very well received!
