The taste is horrendous but it works 😣
The taste has the power to make almost everything taste horrible but it really does work my restless leg syndrome has been so much better. I've tried it with water, different juices, but I think the best version is with tart cherry juice or cranberry. You get 100 servings so it's very beneficial and reasonably priced. Good luck! 😂

The best magnesium I ever took
This magnesium is the best I ever took, first of all the fact that it is in powder form leave no place for fillers in the ingredients. There is nothing to say about the quality, regarding the serving size, I started with 1 scoop the increased to 2 as recommended before bed and fall asleep in less than 15 minutes.
