Product is very user friendly

This product was recommended by a reseller for my company. It is a great fit for my new server that was purchased at the same time. I like the features that allow me to controll multiple servers from one switch, with the added bonus of being able to network through a secondary switch to control desktops on my network. This is, by far, one of the best technology decisions that we as a company have made this year. Just one quick sideline, the unit doesn't come with the usb connectors, they must be purchased seperatley.
