I store most of my belongings in these boxes - they are resilient and versatile. They're just big enough to hold a wide variety of objects (cables, surge protectors, etc), but small enough to fit shelving units of different sizes and be easy to carry.

I use these to kerp my winter thermal tops separate from bottoms. They keep dust from settling on clothes when stored in linen closet. Also good for storing scarves and neck gaitors where they can be seen in the clear box. I also have had a problem with mice chewing on clothes so the heavy plastic solves that problem and also makes it easy to see if there have been animals leaving their mark in the closet. These are great for multiple storage solutions including house slippers, candles, gloves, anything you want to keep clean and accessible. Also, their size makes them easier for an elderly woman to handle than larger bulky storage bins. I use them everywhere.
