Works very well in hard water!

Just bought this product last week. Not only did I use on dishes but, I made a home made cleaning recipe for the countertops and bathroom since it's anti bacterial: MY Recipe: 1 Cup Distilled Water + 1/2 Cup Hydrogen Peroxide + 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Ultra Palmolive Antibacterial. I put in a squirt bottle (important due to possible eye irritation!), put some on countertop-Wiped Down-Leave on 30 Seconds-Rinsed and Dried. For extra scrubbing power I used Baking Soda. I'm very happy with the results in Kitchen and Bathroom. It does get really "sudsy", but seems to rinse away easily, plus my sponge is getting treated for bacteria as I use it! I highly recommend this.

I've used the "Pure and Clear" for sometime now, today when I purchased a new bottle, I noticed that the cap has changed from a pull up open to a flip up open. This is all fine, but the product also has a cloudy sediment at the bottom. I asked the store manager about this, he said you just need to "shake it up" ! He "shook it up" but the product is now cloudy. The name of the soap is "Pure and Clear" is not clear anymore, or is this a bad batch ?

HATE the new top

I have been using Palmolive dish detergent for years.... New bottle top is aweful - too much comes out.... And like others have noticed, the liquid seems to be thinner. Combine that with the new top and I am using too much! I will be exploring other options if the old top/formula doesn't return.... Sorry. (My ratings for the OLD formula and top would be 5 stars...)
