Love this toothpaste. Works as says. But suggest using a soft bristle to med toothbrush. I have to have an anti-cavity paste %26 getting older, my teeth getting a lil' dull, do like the whitening aspect. Also gums etc very sensitive so get what I want %26 need in this one toothpaste.
