It's pretty good. the part that goes in isn't very strong, but the little bullet pretty strong. no numbness with this one. unfortunately, I still had to manually hold the smaller bit where it goes. but it beats needing to use two separate ones. it cleans easy, the battery is crazy long, and it's quieter than others I have.
