Dental Hygienist here. Mouthwash marketing is so confusing and can be hard to wade through. For our purposes I look for a mouthwash with Cetylperidium chloride in it to help battle a weakened immune system in my son, and the ramifications it has on the health of is gum tissues, and Crest always has a formula that's my go to although they change the names often so read the labels for the first ingredient. But... ask your dental professional which one is recommended for you. It may be that you would benefit more from a rinse with stannous or sodium fluoride in it for cavity prevention. But regardless of the benefit you're looking for and the type you use, these 2 recommendations are universal: 1) Look for one without alcohol, and 2)mouthwash is not a substitute for removing biofilms, food, and debris mechanically by toothbrushing 2 min 2 x daily, and nightly flossing! And mouthwash is not going to mask odors or reverse disease processes if you skip the latter. Oh, and wait 30 minutes after using any dental product before rinsing with water to maximize the benefits!

i am so happy this works! just finished a bottle and wow it does take away any darkness around the gum line. Seeing is believing! use it religiously and the correct way. I'm always amazed when i read directions and find I've been doing it wrong. Finally learned.
