Long time to deliver and rude staff.
The tires themselves are fine. The service received...? The tires took over 2 weeks to finally arrive, and some of the staff at the store were less than helpful. They were actually more on the rude side. I'll definitely not be taking this route with the Parsons store again. I've been incredibly disappointed and left very unsatisfied with the entire experience, from shipping to installation. I'd also love to know what happened to the receipt at the store....
