Great after a big or spicy meal!
If I've eaten something more spicy than usual, or especially for those occasions where I've eaten a bit more than I should have, chewing up one of these helps me SO much. It's something that is very handy to have and one of the other perks is that it is not something you have to take to "keep up", it's more of a "just when you need it" kind of thing. Very happy with the results!

This is a wonderful product. I chew @3 tablets whenever I have indigestion or a sour stomach. Ultra Papaya Enzyme works quickly with a pleasant taste. I like it even better than the over the counter products - which I never buy any more! My grandmother swore by papaya for indigestion and boy, was she right!
