The rotors are coated with an aluminum/zinc flake coating, that helps maintain a clean appearance behind today’s open rims. Additionally, the rotor installs right out of the box and the coating on the friction surface is removed during the initial break-in period. ULTRAHC®700 Brake Pads include a best-in-class noise insulator (shim) as well as rubberized abutment hardware to ensure you have everything required for proper installation and the best in noise free performance. Additionally, ULTRAHC®700 Brake Pads include a red break-in stripe that expedites the break-in process and provides for peak performance right out of the box.
